1872 Circa: THE CAT

A wonderfully detailed colour study by Harrison Weir, of a cat dating from circa 1872, entitled “The CAT”, and taken from a very rare edition of “Household Pets” published by Frederick Warne & Co. This edition may possibly be from the Warne company’s own archive. The colour prints in this edition are all vibrant and cover a number of animal subjects. Currently available in A4, A3 and a dramatic A2 option.
